The vision for Aksum comes from my love for Philly and the desire to make an impact in our neighborhood - the vibrant community known as the "Baltimore Avenue Corridor" of West Philly. What better way to do that than to introduce a restaurant where people of the community can congregate to relax from the daily grind.
